An Invitation to Community Organizations
If your organization is looking for a place to hold a meeting or event, give us a call! In addition to being a nice place to gather up to 100 people, Engvall Hall at Trinity is also equipped for presentations and meetings that use technology like PowerPoint, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. We welcome community partners to use this space because it can simplify the mechanics of meeting via technology by offering a simple and consistent setup that does not have to be taken down and reassembled each time. Also, offering such a space in a church building can also be helpful for community volunteer groups that need to meet outside of typical business hours when other public facilities may not be available. We think it is good stewardship of what God has given us to encourage the community to benefit from this well-equipped space that is often available and is always heated/cooled anyway - someone might as well use it at the times our congregation is not! If you would like to host a meeting or event here in Engvall Hall, use the button below to check the church calendar for the date(s) you have in mind.
Technological Amenities
We have everything you need to host a hybrid meeting or presentation/event with visual aids! Just bring your laptop and connect it to our docking station with the long USB-C cable we have in place. Most of the gear is plug-and-play for both Windows and Mac, though a few devices will perform better for you with a little extra software that you can install ahead of time if you like.
- Internet Connection via Docking Station - Connecting via USB-C creates a high-speed Ethernet connection.
- Wi-Fi - Available for your participants on the "Trinity" network (see sign near TV for password).
- 75" Display - Download the DisplayLink drivers to mirror or extend your laptop screen.
- Wide-Angle Webcam - Download the WyreStorm Focus 210 software to customize the camera settings, or feel free to use our stand with your own camera.
- Wireless Keyboard & Mouse - Extra batteries are on the bottom shelf of the tech cabinet.
- Wireless Conference Room Mic/Speaker - Turn on the "puck" and select the EMEET device. We also have a second unit that can be connected to the first for larger meetings.

Usage Guidelines
The guidelines for meeting here in Engvall Hall are pretty simple and help everyone be good to one another. Good relationships are our #1 goal in this and all ministries of Trinity!
- Feel free to adjust the thermostat as needed for your group's comfort. When you are done using the space, please reset the thermostat to 60 when running the heater or 80 when using air conditioning.
- Please clean up when your group is finished. We have a vacuum in the storage room, along with a variety of cleaning supplies for surfaces and the carpet. Food waste should go into the lidded can outside the kitchen, and we encourage you to place recyclables in the green recycle bin. If your event generates a large amount of trash/recycling, you can help us out by taking that out to the bins in the fenced-in area of the parking lot - that would be awesome!
- When leaving, please turn off all lights and ensure that the doors are locked. If your group is loaned a church key for your event, please return it by leaving it next to the phone on the counter outside the office.
- Follow a "pack in, pack out" strategy like you would when visiting a park. Please do not leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer after your event without checking with the office or our pastor.
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
